“I was badly let down by my regular handyman at the last minute, and contacted Sussex Handyman.Com (Sean O'Neill). Their booking team particularly Paul, really worked hard over the week end to book Sean for the following Tuesday and send through a confirmation. Paul went through in detail what was required for the jobs, plus billing arrangements and gave me a fair estimate of time for Sean's work. On the day, Sean arrived as scheduled and did a very good job for all the tasks required. As soon as work was done I received a detailed invoice which was excellent. Well done all.”

“I had a problem with my laminate floor just before moving house. Job needed to be done very quickly. Even I've contacted Sean around 16.30 he was happy to come the same evening to fix the problem. He was proactive and ask for the pictures to be sent to him so he could be prepared for the job. He arrived at 18h and in an hour and a half he adjusted the expansion gaps around doorways so he could fit 3 joining bars which previous fitter fixed incorrectly so they had to come off. Job was much more fiddly then it sounds. Very happy with the service.”
